6. Discount code

Discount code is a form of discount that Nguyenlieuphache.vn gives to customers that can be worth a part or all of the order value.

Each order can only apply 1 discount code, you will receive detailed information about the terms and conditions of using the discount code attached. To ensure fairness for customers who are the end consumers of Nguyenlieuphache.vn, we reserve the right to refuse orders that are not intended for personal use, purchase in large quantities or for the purpose of buying and reselling.

Nguyenlieuphache.vn reserves the right to refuse orders using discount codes that do not satisfy the terms and conditions of using discount codes without prior notice. Discount codes in this case will not be reissued. In addition, Nguyenlieuphache.vn reserves the right to refuse to extend expired codes, codes that have not been fully used, or cases of unilateral suspension of orders arising from the customer.

7. Delivery area

Nguyenlieuphache.vn delivers nationwide for all products distributed by Nguyenlieuphache.vn itself, except for some bulky items that, if transported long distances, may affect product quality or customer health.

For products distributed by member merchants, the delivery area may be limited according to the updated information on the product page. In some cases, the delivery area is not updated in time at the time of your order, Nguyenlieuphache.vn will contact you to notify you in detail.

8. Price

The product price listed on Nguyenlieuphache.vn is the final selling price including Value Added Tax (VAT). The product price may change depending on the time and accompanying promotions. Shipping fee or Order fulfillment fee will be applied additionally if any, and will be clearly displayed on the Payment page when you place an order.

Although we make every effort to ensure that all information and prices displayed are accurate for each product, there may be instances where errors or omissions occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. Price difference: Member Merchants operating on the Nguyenlieuphache.vn e-commerce trading floor can provide the same product with different pricing policies. You have the right to choose and compare prices between member Merchants to get the most reasonable price for your order. Nguyenlieuphache.vn does not intervene in the pricing policy of each member Merchant if a dispute arises.

9. Terms and Conditions of Use of Coupons and Discount Codes

The Terms & Conditions shall apply to the use of coupons or discount codes for promotional programs (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Coupons”), provided that such coupons are granted unconditionally.

(i) The Discount Coupon is only valid for use on the CHi Gourmet Store website or mobile application.

(ii) To use the Coupons, the coupon code must be entered on the final checkout page.

(iii) Customers may only use one Discount Coupon per day.

(iv) Each discount code can only be used once per customer.

(v) CHi Gourmet Store reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders, or revoke the use of discount codes for Discount Coupons that have been used in the following cases:

1. Use of Coupons that appear fraudulent or suspicious
2. Coupon Abuse, including use of coupon codes by multiple accounts or multiple checkouts by the same customer or group of customers
3. Coupons used in bad faith (including resale of coupons or use of Coupons by customers to purchase merchandise for resale, as determined by purchase behavior or by business name and address)

(vi) Unless otherwise specified, Coupons or other promotional discounts will not be valid in conjunction with other promotions or strategic discounts, except for goods that have been previously discounted on CHi Gourmet Store.

(vii) Additional terms and conditions will be specified for specific discount codes (e.g., validity period, discount value and applicable product type), and will govern the use of such discount codes.

(viii) CHi Gourmet Store Discount Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash.

(ix) CHi Gourmet Store reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

10. Product information
