Return instructions
CHi Gourmet Store's Return Policy specifies acceptable reasons, requirements for returned products, and return processing time for customers.
- Reasons for accepting returns
- The product is unsealed, delivered with incorrect quantity, information and design compared to the order.
- The product is damaged due to manufacturer's fault (technical failure, design error, content error, hidden/internal defect, difference from the manufacturer's published quality standards) or error during transportation (deformed, scratched, dirty, cracked...).
- Product has incorrect serial number/IMEI for electronic equipment products.
- The product has expired before or on the date the product is delivered to the customer.
- Customers change their usage needs.

- Return conditions
- The product is not on the list of restricted returns of CHi Gourmet Store (attached appendix - if any).
- The product is intact, with full labels, original packaging, and sealed according to original specifications (except in cases where the product is defective or damaged during transportation).
- The product has full accessories (user manual, warranty card...) and gifts (if any).
- The product is not dirty and shows no signs of use.
- The customer still keeps the confirmation of the purchase at CHi Gourmet Store (order number, purchase invoice, delivery receipt, bank statement...) and fills in all information on the return request form according to CHi Gourmet Store's form (attached with the order).
- Time for exchange and return
Unless otherwise stated in the product description on the CHi Gourmet Store website, customers have 03 days to submit a return request for the product. The time of the return request will be based on:
- If the customer sends by post or delivery: the time is calculated according to the receipt stamp of the post office or delivery unit.
- If the customer brings/sends the product to the store for return: the time is calculated when the CHi Gourmet Store staff receives the returned product from the customer.
- Return costs
- For products returned due to errors from CHi Gourmet Store or the Supplier, customers will be exempted from return fees and will receive free delivery to the location stated on the return request form.
- For products returned due to customer's change of usage needs, except in cases where the product introduction stipulates a return fee, customers will be exempted from return fees and will have to pay shipping fees according to CHi Gourmet Store's delivery policy if they want to have new products sent to the requested address.
III. Refund policy

Refund method is based on the Customer's payment method when purchasing.

Refund methods include:
- Refund via bank transfer.
- Refund through card accepting bank.
- Cash refund at CHi Gourmet Store's return center.
- Processing time
- CHi Gourmet Store will send the return request response to the Customer via email and/or SMS within a maximum of 03 working days from when CHi Gourmet Store receives the returned product.
- If the return request meets the requirements in section II, CHi Gourmet Store will process the refund for the customer within 05-07 working days from the date the return request is accepted.
